FC Badalona Women begin pre-season against Montpellier (1-2)

FC Badalona Women played their first pre-season match today at the Municipal Stadium in Peralada.

The game gave the coaching staff an opportunity to assess the team for the first time and saw the club's new signings make their debut in a FC Badalona Women shirt, with the exception of Izarne, who continues her recovery from injury.

The match ended 1-2, singing the first defeat in the first test of the preseason, Paula Sánchez scored for the team.

The team's next fixture will be on 6 August against Bristol City Women. They will then face Villarreal CF on 12 Augustbefore taking on RCD Espanyol Femení in one of their first pre-season derbies on 15 August.
