FC Badalona Women confirm coaching staff for the 2026/27 season

FC Badalona Women have confirmed the coaching staff that will lead the first team throughout the 2026/27 season. The club retains the core group of professionals who were part of its historic debut in Liga F while strengthening several sporting and medical departments with new additions.

Marc Ballester will continue as head coach, entering his second season in charge after taking over the team a year and a half ago and helping establish the club’s sporting project.

Joining him as assistant coach is Lydia Vizcaíno, who arrives from Atlético de Madrid Femenino B. Marta Molina will also remain with the first team as performance analyst for her second season at the club.

Goalkeeping coach Adrià Rodríguez also continues in his role, beginning his second campaign with the club after playing an important part in the development of one of the squad’s strongest departments.

The strength and conditioning department will once again be led by Mónica Morral, joined by Sergio del Valle, who also arrives from Atlético de Madrid Femenino B. The department is completed by Samu Blasco, who has been promoted from the club’s reserve team as assistant.

The physiotherapy team will consist of Gerard Daza, arriving from Girona CF; Mónica Bayona, from Club Sala 5 Martorell; and Ignasi Gopar, who joins from Sant Cugat FC and will also serve as the team’s rehabilitation specialist.

The club’s medical department will be led by Jana Ortiz, who brings experience with the Spanish National Field Hockey Team, while Hana Tamez will oversee the nutrition department.

Completing the staff is Domingo García, who continues for a second consecutive season as the first team’s kit manager.

With this group of professionals in place, FC Badalona Women head into the 2026/27 season determined to continue growing and strengthening the club’s project at the highest level of Spanish women’s football.
